Hollow Brooklyn is devoted to creating quality hand made goods, providing fast shipping and prioritizing customer satisfaction. Please let us know if there is anything we can do to improve our service.

ORDERS
Orders are processed promptly within 1-2 business days of your order. We try to ship orders out the next business day after your order is placed whenever possible. If we have any concerns or questions about your order, you will be notified immediately by the email you provided at checkout.


SHIPPING
All orders are shipped via USPS first class mail from Brooklyn, New York which generally takes 2 - 5 business days.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We do not currently offer shipping internationally. 

  
PAYMENT

Hollow Brooklyn accepts all major credit cards.


SALES TAX
We are not required to charge sales tax outside of  New York. Orders placed within New York will be subject to a 8.8875% sales tax.


RETURNS & REFUNDS
Any problems or damages to the order must be reported within 48 hours of delivery confirmation. Items that are in original condition may be returned for a full refund within 10 business days of receipt of package.  Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
